• You will receive a confirmation email / SMS once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

• We offer Standard Shipping, which usually takes approximately 4 to 7 days to be delivered.
• Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations:

• We ship to all major cities in India.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.
• You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website. 

Delivery Issues:

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after SEVERAL attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for a reshipment or a refund (if applicable).
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.
• Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
